Inter state Yoga Competition

First  Yoga Champ  Scavenge in S.D Public School,Pitampura  “The First Yoga Champ Scavenge 2015-16 ” was held in S.D Public School,B-U block,Pitampura  from 23rd to 25th July2015.The event  was  organized by      Erschaffer India, an organization that holds the vision and zeal to  bring an amazing shift in the Education and Sports sector.   More than six hundred and fifty students, and twenty five plus schools and NGO’s  have participated in this event and transformed this small initiative into a great mega event. Students from different age groups performed in various categories of the competition and some of them enthralled the audience with their marvellous performances.  First position in this competition was bagged by SD Public School Pitampura, St. Xaviers Rohini was awarded as the first runner up which was followed by Vikas bharti Public School as the Second Runner Up. Ist National yoga championship held at Bosco School, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi from 11th and 12th July 2015. Our Yoga students received overall championship (Girls) trophy form Hon'ble  Health Minster Shri Satyendra Jain ( Ministry of Delhi, NCT ).
