CPR and First Aid Session

FIRST AID & CPR A workshop held for students of Yoga Skill on First Aid & CPR. The session was lead by Mr. Yogesh Pant and attended by the students with The Principal Ms. Anita Sharma followed by the Yoga Skill teacher Mr. Hemant Sharma. Mr. Pant is a government certified First Aid and CPR expert. He is also certified by NIDM and MSME, Government of India. He has trained more than 1.5 lakh people on hands by hands CPR, so far. The workshop included : 1. Importance of First Aid: Mr. Pant emphasized the critical role of first aid in providing immediate care to individuals in emergency situations. 2. Basic First Aid Techniques: Participants learned essential first aid techniques. 3. CPR Demonstration: Mr. Pant demonstrated proper CPR techniques, including chest compressions and rescue breaths, on a mannequin.
