 Neeti Mittal  of class VIII got her name  in India Book of Records for completing 31  backward  bending Yoga  asanas  in 2 minutes. She was awarded with a medal and a certificate. Mr Hemant,yoga teacher  who guided her throughout apprised that she set many  records in yoga  with her grit and determination at national  and international level.She bagged second position in International  Artistic Yoga competition in 2020 and   in 2015,she brought laurels to the school with top position  in Delhi state competition. Principal,Mrs Anita Sharma,congratulated the student for her great achievement .

 A World Cup was organised on virtual platform in December 2020 by World Ayurved Research Center and Development Council in which 1000 students from 206 countries participated. 7 students from S. D. Public School,Pitampura made the country proud by bringing laurels in the categories of Rhythmic Yoga, Solo Yoga and Artistic Yoga. Rhythmic Yoga: Devanshi Mahajan bagged 1st position. Solo Yoga category: Anushka Bansal-3rd position Mehak Chauhan-1st position Amulya Jindal-2nd position Bhavya Singhal-2nd position Akanksha Singh-3rd position Vibhuti Kaushik-3rd position The result was declared on the Republic Day which every Indian is proud of and these students made their people even prouder.

 12 Students Selected in National Level Championship 

 36वें दिल्ली स्टेट ऑनलाइन योगासन प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन 26 से 31 दिसंबर 2020 को करवाया गया। योग एसोसिएशन दिल्ली (योगा फेडरेशन ऑफ इंडिया) द्वारा ये प्रतियोगिता करवाई गई। जिसमें पूरी दिल्ली के करीब 25 विद्यालयों,कॉलिजों के विद्यार्थियों व 65 वर्ष तक के लगभग 300 प्रतिभागियों ने हिस्सा लिया। इस प्रतियोगिता में 8 से 10,10 से 12 ,12 से 14,14 से 16,16 से 18,18 से 21 ,21 से 25,25 से 30,30 से 35,35 से 45 व 45 से ऊपर वर्ग की प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन किया गया। इस प्रतियोगिता में योग आसन,आर्टिस्टिक योग,आर्टिस्टिक पेअर, रिदमिक पेअर प्रतियोगिताओं का आयोजन करवाया गया। एस डी पब्लिक स्कूल के 12 बच्चों का चयन 45वें नेशनल योगासन स्पोर्ट्स प्रतियोगिता में हुआ जो 15 जनवरी से 31 जनवरी 2021 को ऑनलाइन माध्यम से ही करवाया जाएगा।  केशव कुमार,भावेश ,वैष्णवी कुमारी,अफ़ीफ़ा अर्शद,मुस्कान भगत,वैष्णवी तिवारी,अमूल्या जिंदल,यीशिका मुंजाल, ज्योति लोधी,अनुष्का अग्रवाल,देवांशी महाजन व प्रिंसी कुमारी ने अपने अपने वर्ग में उच्चतम स्थान हासिल कर ये मुकाम हासिल किया। एकल प्रतियोगिता में सोनल यादव,राधा,मनन,श्रेया अग्निहोत्र...
